I have some music on BlackBerry 10 that gives me an error "The file can't be played due to an unexpected error (10)". When I try to long hold on it to delete it nothing happens. After I try to play it I must close down Music in order to be able to play anything. I also find that if I select other music (when "All Songs" is selected form the list) than it plays the music a couple of rows downward (the same amount of lines as there are unplayable files).

What can I do to get rid of these files. I tried doing a google search but didn't find anything current on this. I also tried to take out the SD Card but it still shows these files.

    Please help

This more likely a corrupted file, is this on your sdcard or internal memory?

    This was on internal memory

Did you recently update ID3 tags?
    Yes

I finally gave up and did a security wipe.
