Keyone with Sept. 5 update

When I create an email and put in the contacts using the group function I get multiple email addresses entered for the same person.

This does not happen for all email addresses. May!e 50% of the addresses have multiple entries. Plus the number of entries per person is inconsistent. Some email entries have two of the same entries others emails have as many as 10 of the same entries.

I have tried creating a new group but the same thing happens.

Group entries worked fine up to about two months ago. I think it started after I updated the phone. Not sure what the update was.
