    These apps worked fine until a few days ago. Now when I try to open apps like Word, Excel, etc., they will not even open. Tried deleting and reinstalling and no luck. Anyone else having this issue? Any known fixes?

    My PRIV received the August security update yesterday - both Word and Excel are working well.

    Please! Let us know what platform and preferably OS version. I saw another thread earlier in the day where several others were reporting what sounds like the same issue, they had contacted Microsoft but hadn't heard anything.

    Forgot to mention: I have an Office 365 subscription. Is this something basic like a LAPSED Office 365 subscription? Forgot to renew, that sort of thing?
