Hope someone can help. How can I move photos that are NOT saved on my memory card? They're in the "file manager." I know I can zip them, but am not seeing anything from "Device" come up that I can then email, or somehow move/offload to a computer. Blackberry Link seems not to work. Tried both on mac and PC and am also having issues getting them via Verizon Cloud. Any help greatly appreciated!
Have a 3 year old BB Classic that's having the battery drain problem and may need to move to new phone asap.
    Thanks,

Quick way: Download Basket - https://appworld.blackberry.com/webs...tent/60005897/, upload your files to Dropbox. Make sure you watch the demo video though, otherwise it might not work for you - https://www.dropbox.com/s/knm71ib2ok..._bb10.mp4?dl=0

A BlackBerry fix for a "data erase on restart" problem also fixed the battery charging problem. now able to recharge to 100% instead of just 60%. No longer running on at 0% charge. Just wish I had known about this earlier
