Hi guys, I recently moved some of my apps to my memory card via file manager and the apps stopped working, is there a way to move my games and apps from my phone to my memory card without them corrupting?

no there is not, you cannot run apps and games off an SD card
Without corrupting?
There isn't a way to make move games and app to the SD Card in the first place.

I actually didn't mean to say games and apps, I meant to say the source packages for the games and apps, they are all stored in the folder "Misc", whenever I try to move them to my memory card, the apps stop working

Still not possible, the app looks for the files in a certain directory. You moved them, what else do you expect?
If you still have the downloaded apk file, you can move that to media card, if you want to keep it.
But otherwise, just like the others told you it's not possible.
Sometimes an app will cache an unneeded amount of images and you could delete those, but tread very cautiously to not delete something needed.
Android apps can be moved safely with clean master, do it all the time

Could you please elaborate?
You can move an app from Device Memory to Media Card, and it still leaves a home screen icon and can be opened/used? Is that what you mean?
