    Hello, when I moved everything over to my keyone, I used content transfer app. My dad just got an S8 and needs to move everything over. What app do I use for him? I'm having trouble with the content transfer app. Thanks.

    If it's a Samsung then I believe he will need to use the Samsung Smart Switch Mobile app. I don't think the BlackBerry Transfer app supports outside of blackberry devices.
