Nope. not possible at all in any OS
But in android and wp we can.

You can move the apk to your media card once it's been installed though. You don't have to keep that on the device.

Once the app is installed, just find the apk, which will be in your directory, probably under Android and move it to your SD card. Or delete it - you don't have to keep it on the device.
