Yeah i'm sure my phone is connected to network and I've a active plan for 4g internet
I can't use my hot spot on my blackberry passport silver edition with OS 10.3.2.2876
Loops should add this i'm from Iran and I use irancell operator on my phone with 4g support

Does standard wifi work on your devices?

I couldn't get hotspot to work on my Classic either, but wifi was fine. (I'm in Australia)

I've bought a priv since so it doesn't matter any more for me, but it was annoying.

Have you asked your carrier if you can access hotspot on the plan you're on?
