If I do phone calls most time people can not understand me. but sometimes it is ok. If I use the loudspeaker the microphone is totaly dead, if I record something everything is perfect again. So if I do a Whatsapp voicemessage the microphone is working also.
Any idea, looks like a software problem, maybe with the noisereduction.

Try a 32 second re-set. so, hold the power button for 32 seconds. time it.

Sounds like hardware issues out the Ying yang. I'd recommend you guys getting a hold of BlackBerry and getting a replacement. Where have you guys bought your devices from? Could be a very specific batch.

I did contact you, you closed my case before even diagnosing the problem, let alone find a solution. Then further attempts to get you to reopen the case went ignored. So far, terrible support experience. Is this my reward for coming back to BlackBerry?
Try using a wired headset. Yes they are cheap (dollar stores or less sell them), if the microphone works, your issue is a headset port problem (device detects a headset even if unplugged/not present). Could try a FACTORY RESET., which I did ironically to my mother's S7 edge because of the same problem (both mics were dead to the device, but physically worked fine).
