I'm on my second BlackBerry z10 in the last year and now my microphone doesn't work again. My speaker phone works but that's it. This is very frustrating and now I've decided to give up on BlackBerry. Two phones that are complete junk.

Do you check the volumne in your phone? Microphone worked with this volumne.
People can't hear me is the problem.

The mic is broken , if its under warranty, return it if its not buy a spare part a replace the faulty part. I have done it many times, certain versions MEXICO z10s and z30S had faulty mics.
Dont do :
any resets
any firmware changes
its HW issue
