    I am getting an MEP Code from a 3rd party unlocking site and I was wondering if when I don't get that MEP code if I do Will it even work??? or am I gonna have to do a bunch of other stuff to get it to work also ? I just want my phone to work this is Ridiculous RIM YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sounds like you bought a carrier locked BB, and this can happen with ANY device not just a BB. Yes once you unlock it, you should be able to use it on other carriers provided it has the frequencies for the carrier you wish to use it on. This is the kind of stuff you need to check BEFORE you purchase the phone!

    Agree that so far you haven't show how this is BlackBerry's fault (not sure what a RIM is...? )

    If they can unlock it and they send you the code... it should work like any unlocked phone would.
