    Go to Settings, then Storage. Scroll down and you will see the details of your device storage and media card. If you see the details of your media card, then it is installed. Now go to File manager and tap on the menu and choose media card. If no option for media card, then your card is corrupted or damaged. You will need to format or get a new one.
