    Hi, appreciate any help on this one:

    The max volume for listening to media via bluetooth headphones on my BlackBerry KeyTwo has become reduced. Noticed it when playing a podcast on Castbox, now it's the same on other apps such as Spotify , Instagram (videos with sound) etc. Volume boost on Castbox pumps it up a tiny bit, but the max volume is still lower than usual.

    System is updated to Android 8.1.0. Have been using the headphones for a while with no issues.

    Ensure that the headphones' volume control (if applicable) and the media volume slider on device are both set to maximum.
