I accidentally marked my friend as spam in my phone, and I can see the whole message when I open a new text to her, but as soon as I "close" it to read another text it's like she was never there.
I have the BlackBerry Z10, I have no clue what text app that is? Just what comes loaded on the phone.
When she would send me a message sometimes it would come up as unknown user or untrusted user, something like that, normally I would hit cancel and it would go away, this time I hit accept and it blocked her...sorta, I can still text, but I have to open a new text message each time. When I open the "new text" all of the messages are there.

How do you mark a 'text' as spam?

What model phone are you using, and what text app?

If it was an email you marked as spam , then go into folders for that account and move them out of spam.

It's not her emails, it's her text messages.
