    I shut my phone down for the night, the next morning I turned it on and apps wouldn't open. I put that thought off for the day and when I went to use it again nothing worked. So I did a security wipe, and now when it's 25% done, it just shows me a light black screen. BlackBerry link doesn't work either. The device is pretty hot and last I checked it was at 88%. Can somebody please help me?

    Download autoloader to PC. Unzip it, plug in your phone, and run the autoloader.

    Never mind, I waited until the device ran out of battery and then got a caution triangle with an exclamation mark inside of it. This has happened to me once before, so I already know what to do. (blackberry link).
