    After setting up my mailbox on my Q10 (10.3.1) I do not receive sms notifications for new messages on my mb. If I put my sim in my old Nokia E 72 it works perfectly, sms a few seconds after a message is left on the mb.

    I've had my provider reset my mailbox, still doesn't work on my BB. It must be a BB issue.

    There's also no mailbox icon in my hub.

    Any suggestions???
