    Just downloaded current version Desktop S/W for iMAC (OS X 10.6.8). Have a Bold 9900. After launching the desktop s/w, the device is not recognized. Can you assist please.

    Hi and welcome. Do you have a working usb cable? Have you rebooted the Mac and the phone?
