I have just loaded 10.3.0.1152 OS for my BB z10 (Lt-004 verizon). But after reset it lost all setting and file. What can I do?

Hi, you loaded 10.3.0.1052 or 10.3.0.1154? Did you make a back up prior? how was this update performed?

I loaded 10.3.1052 by Autoload . Upload by sachesi didnt work

You should've got a backup unfortunately you lost all of your dataa :/

You just need to get all the stuff apps you lost from the BlackBerry world, and for the pictures and stuff try to pick them up from social networks, other than that no body can help you, hope pick up as much as possible from your lost stuff (:

Have you ever performed a backup via Link? If so you can try to reload them.
