    Hello. I got a message of coming the update Blackberry Hub on Blackberry Key2 today, so done it. Later, all data of "notes
    by Blackberry" were lost. Could you tell me how to recover my notes data? Data were deleted forever?

    Not sure what happened, but it's not a good idea to use BlackBerry Notes or Tasks unless you are syncing with an Exchange account.

    Otherwise, use Evernote, Keep, or one of the other cross-platform cloud services.
