    This might be a minor glitch but still a glitch all the same. I have tried deleting the text then retyping it, I've tried changing my lock screen image removing it all together, still nothing. I did try to take a screen shot but apparently you can't screen cap a lock screen.

    Anyone else noticed this?

    Maybe try Shut Down, then restart the device? Most likely just a glitch since it works perfectly on mine.

    Additionally, if you want to take a screen shot of the lock screen, simply play some music and it will allow you then.

    I have tried rebooting and restarting, only option not tried yet is battery pull - nothing has worked so far, really hope no need to restore my device as I have a separate thread on the forum about my micro-sd needing to be reformatted every time I restore my device regardless of if I have encryption off and it's the exact same handset.

    Have you tried backing up your device and reloading your OS?

    No issues here

    Goto BlackBerry Protect using Protect.BlackBerry.Com and send a message to your phone. The lock screen notification will be back.

    It's a known issue with the workaround I mentioned.
