    I lost all my present files whenever i restart my Z10. For example, the files added on Friday will be deleted after i restart the phone, and it gets back to the Wednesday without the files on Friday, it always happens and i can't keep the newest files on my phone. Can anyone pls help me?!!!

    If the files are lost, I'm not sure you can get them back. I would check here and see if others are experiencing the same issues.

    I found out that my problem is LED BLUE and LOST DATA when restart the phone, i also try to do as the thread says, and when i complete the process, the phone is NO MORE LED BLUE BUT RED , however it STILL LOST THE DATA, now i'm so confused idk what to do anymore :'(
