I've just got the passport and transfered from iphone5my data via device switch app and I've lost all my contacts? How do I retrieve them?

Did the other data transfer over? Calendar, photos, etc?

Is the data still on your iPhone? Can you do it again and only select Contacts to transfer?

In case that you have the backup, you can recover lost contacts directly from iTunes backup files. . . .

You can check if a backup was created by doing the following:
Launch iTunes
iTunes > Preferences > Devices
See if there is an entry with the date of the restore.
If a backup exists, you can recover your data with one of two methods:
Restore your phone using that backup; or

Use an application such as Tenorshare iPhone data recovery to extract the images out of the backup file

Why not just have your contacts sync with iCloud?

Thanks guys, I literally just turned off the phone and Back on again and all my contacts where there, photos the lot. Phew!!!
