    Any of them will do that if you keep them open in an active frame.
    Otherwise there are none that you can close and have the temp on your screen.

    The app you're looking for is Wallpaper Changer , it updates the wallpaper with an imprint of current weather.

    It's wasn't display kind weather stuff on background... there is a few thing I miss from my Legacy Device like weather on home screen...
