Any of them will do that if you keep them open in an active frame.
Otherwise there are none that you can close and have the temp on your screen.
I saw pics of home screen with weather showing not in active frame I ask the person who post it never answer back

The app you're looking for is Wallpaper Changer :D, it updates the wallpaper with an imprint of current weather.

It's wasn't display kind weather stuff on background... there is a few thing I miss from my Legacy Device like weather on home screen...
