    Why such an old OS?

What is installed on it now? If 10.3.3, you can't go back to 10.3.2.

Those procedures no longer work since the infrastructure was shut down back in January.

Conite, how do you apply this procedure on a BlackBerry that has anti-theft protection enabled? The Screenreader reads aloud Anti-theft protection instead of the BB ID screen that its meant to read aloud.

This brings me back to my post #4.

Try running the most recent autoloader first.

Unfortunately I have already tried this very same Autoloader (Z30_10.3.03.3216_STA100-1-2-3-4-5-6) and gave me no success.

    Any other ideas?
