Yesterday in the setting menu under the Security-related options I set a longish message to appear on my lock screen. And it did. I decided to modify it to be more concise and it wouldn't allow the same number of characters as before. In fact even shorter messages were appearing truncated on my lock screen.

Anyone had this experience before or know about the parameters of the lock screen message?

35 characters a line seems to work on my Z30

That's what I'm running into now. However, the first time I used it I was able to copy & paste 100 or more characters into a single line. Must have just been a fluke.
