    I am having troubles with location services. It seems to drain my battery whenever I leave it on at night on 10.2.1 now on 10.3.1 I turn on battery saving mode and I chose to turn off location services. But when I tested it, it did not turn it off and it still drained the battery.

    Good call. Just checked mine and can confirm. That's another bug in the system. Report it in the official thread here and on official BlackBerry forum. Although there is not guarantee that anybody at BlackBerry will look into it.
