Can i reload the os using autoloader or download the os then install it manually without using bb link?

you've loaded the wrong radio or wrong autoloader,
you can reload using the right autolaoder or bb link and reload the carrier os,but if you try to downgrade from 10.3.3 you can't

No i havent tried any auto loader, can u give me a trusted link that i can download the os 10.3.2 and auto loader?

Guys just downloaded autoloader
And i plugged my phone in then ran the autoloader
It said my phone was connected then it started counting to 100 its done
The phone now is off and led is blinking red and the autoloader cmd is closed what do i do now?

Call the autoloader file through the command line: open a command line in the same folder as the file by Shift+right clicking in Windows Explorer and selecting "Open command window here", type the name of the autoloader (i.e. Q10_10.3.02.2888_SQN100-1-2-3-4-5.exe) and hit Enter. Whatever issues come up should be visible then.

if you previously installed 10.3.3 and you didn't read you can't install any lower number anymore ,you need to stick with that
looks like everything went the way supposed to ,if you're using the surface book should not give you any issues
unless you don't have a q10 and you don't try to downgrade ,you can have some hardware issues

Didnt upgrade to 3.3
Will try to reload the os via bb link.
