Windows Server is not one of the listed operating systems that BlackBerry Link supports.

You had it working with an older version and now it doesn't work?

If so try uninstalling it completely, and then reboot and try installing it again (making sure to use an admin account).

Unfortunately Server 08 R3 is not a supported OS.

System requirements: BlackBerry Link for Windows - User Guide - BlackBerry Link for Windows - 1.2.3

Hit that link for a supported OS

LINK works on my Windows 8.1 machine. As well as LINK has ever worked. I basically use it for secondary backups and content syncing. I tried the remote file access, but that has never worked well enough to be usable for me.
