Has anyone else noticed? Is this a known bug? Any fix coming?

Those icons don't actively change. They are permanently fixed to show "31". It doesn't care what month it is.

It's been that way since those icon sets were introduced.

Only the default icon set calendar icon will update with the date. And even then, it only works with some launchers, like the BlackBerry Launcher and Nova Launcher.

    Widgets.... Live Tiles/Icons

Today we expect a lot, that wasn't the norm back in the BB10 and BBOS days.

    BBOS has live icons.

My calendar icon changes with the date and my weather icon shows the weather and temperature.

In response to the OP, the calendar on OS7 is showing the right date for me.

Unless I'm mistaken, the OP is asking about the BB10 and BBOS 7 icon set that's available for the BlackBerry Launcher for its Android phones. The calendar icons in those additional icon sets do not change dates - it shows only 31. The default icon set with the calendar app does change with the actual date, but only with certain launchers.

The question isn't related to actual BB10 or BBOS phones.

Oh. That makes sense. I read @Dunt Dunt Dunt's comment out of context.

In any case, you can make an Android icon set that changes calendar dates. I made one with webOS icons using this: https://github.com/danimahardhika/ca...ary/wiki/Setup

if it could be done on the BB os surely it could be done on the BB launcher Android OS. maybe they haven't thought about it.
During our mini BB fan meeting in Barcelona, we were comparing notes, and this was one of our unanswered questions.
Out theory was that it had gone wrong and would be fixed in the next launcher update.
I know, we are overly demanding, aren't we?

Oh, they could certainly do it. I think they just chose not to.
