    why my leap has lag time receiving incoming & outgoing calls. will not accept incoming calls, or properly disconnect calls which were dialed using keypad. In addition, text screen flickering. Please help

    sounds like your operating system needs to be reloaded, assuming you have a proper data plan with your provider. Have you tried calling your provider to see if they can fix the issue for you?
