    The latest update automatically started downloading, however it remains frozen on step 2 of 2 and will not go past 10%. I have no access to my apps, text, bbm etc.

    I have tried to restore my device however my desktop will not recognize the device. I have tried restarts, removal of the battery do you have any thoughts or suggestions?

    You will get more directed responses if you were to include the device, carrier, and update, etc. that you're referring to. We're all on different phones and carrier OS's. Your latest may not reflect someone else's

    I'm assuming a BB10 device. If that's the case then, and in a general sense, your best option may be to grab an autoloader of the OS you're attempting to install.
