    Android Runtime is FOREVER stuck on Jellybean 4.3.
    BB10 is a dead OS.
    If you need Android apps to work flawlessly, buy an Android device.

    'Now it is 2017 i bought my BlackBerry Z10 at 2013 because still I like BB10 os and it is a great device that I used and I have only one problem it is while using android apps some crashes, error '( you said that the problem is on android jellybean can it resolve by updating the android version jellybean to lollipop)

    BB10 is dead. There are no developers left. There will never be updates to the Android Runtime or anything else.

    No updates..... and Android developers aren't going to keep supporting a runtime that old. BB10 has peaked and is now on a downward slide.

    At this point really nothing to do but see how much longer your Z10 is useful to you, and then move on. Five years is a pretty good run.... it's the folks just now buying phones that I feel bad for.

    Yes I use my z10 about 5 yrs and it doesn't have any problems now also it because the build in quality of blackberry
