[CrackBerry Question]

In us.blackberry.com/support/apps-and-software/desktop-and-device-download-sites.html you can find a list of carriers with the last version they have for BlackBerry Os 7
There are some carriers take have more updated versions then others, my question is, what is the carrier that has the most updated (latest) blackberry os version with French language ? i already installed the one from Virgin Mobile Canada so the version most be updated than it and most be in french
If you have version 7.1.1 i will take it !
