I can't update my blackberry to 10.3 Operating system. It say's you don't have enough memory. But when I go to system settings, it has enough memory. I deleted all apps and transfered the files to memory card. When I connect it to a laptop it says you haev the latest software. But when in my cellphone, it says update 10.3 is available.

If you are sure you have enough free storage on the device (not the SD card), then try doing a reset on the phone before trying again.
You don't say which device you have, but you can normally reset by holding the up and down volume buttons or the power button down for 30 seconds or so.

Check your laptop that it has the latest version of BlackBerry Link.
