[Michael Eberstadt]

On my keytwo I use the toggle on the side of the phone to adjust the phone ring volume - everything from silent to maximum. Which is fine. The problem is that unless I adjust the level all the way down to "silent mode" does the annoying, constant buzzing on the phone stop. I emailed Blackberry who said that there is one of my apps that has a constant buzzing associated with it and that I have to go through all my apps to find the culprit. I'm not sure if this is true and I don't really want to go through all my apps. So, how do I have the phone ring volume "on" and the annoying, constant buzzing off? Thank you.
