    I have blackberry porsche suddenly keypad not working at all but touchpad is still working is this related to hardware or software problem

    Removed in recent apps?

    To eliminate software, reload the OS.... if it still doesn't respond, it's hardware.

    Try a "hard" reboot first. Hold down the lock button for about 30 seconds to let it reboot.

    Which model exactly do have and what is the OS version number?
