    I turned on datasaver and Keyone immediately locked. Lock screen changed to a green robot with a shield.
    Cannot unlock. Cannot swipe up.
    Powering off and on does not help. Ends up on same unresponsive screen.
    Went to bootloader menu, but reboots into same screen.
    Phone is a week old.
    Any help appreciated. I haven't heard back from blackberry help.
