Hopefully someone may be able to help me with this problem..
My keyone arrived yesterday and while I’m loving the phone the problem I’m having is this.. while writing a text or email after a certain number of words the phone will not input any of the letters I’m typing?.. I’ve reset the phone and the problem is still there...any help would be appreciated..
If it’s any help the phone isn’t new it’s purchased through eBay..

just a quick update.. I've reset the phone again & reinstalled the updates and I've tried a sim card from a different network provider and the issue is now(seemingly) solved?..im going to try the other sim just for curiosity & see what happens.

Are you running an SD card? Sometimes of they go south they can cause all kinds of seemingly unrelated havoc.

yes I've got a 64gb one I took out my galaxy phone-im going to take it out and try the test again..
