Hi there,
I must have set up a password ages ago for my Keyone to hotspot but I don't recall what it is. Is there anyway to reset it?

Should be in settings....

Connections >Mobile Hotspot... > then click on Mobile Hotspot to open it's settings. (or something close to this... I'm on a Samsung)

Thanks, on my keyone however when I do this the only option is to turn it on or off. There's no option to change/reset password or any other settings within the hotspot.

Did you click "text" away from the toggle? For me that brings up the settings.

Also can get to them with the quick drop down options, just click the lower area of the hotpot icon.
