Hi. For whatever reason, I can SEND clear pictures via text just fine. But I RECEIVE blurry text pictures. Can someone help? Blackberry mobile support have NO clue. Thank you!!!!!

Blackberry mobile support have NO clue.

Why would they? There's a ton of factors that could cause that, least of which being what devices are sending you the photos. What carrier they are on, what app was used to send them and more. Without some further details, really hard to say if YOUR device is even the problem.

I asked friends using Galaxy Edge and iPhone 6s to send me pictures (all of us have Verizon Wireless). All of the pictures I sent them were clear BUT the pictures I RECEIVED from them were blurrry

Oh, I am using the MESSAGES app that came with the phone.

Really? Great! News to me! I've never heard of that before. Still new with Android (I had a BB Classic). I assume I get this in Google Play. Do I have to pay any type of monthly fees with the Verizon Messages app?

Here’s the answer friends. It’s an inferior phone. Simple as that! It’s not a carriers or apps fault? I switched from a Samsung phone to the Keyone for a physical keyboard. The Blackberry phone is an inferior product that doesn’t even work on some apps like Entrust for banking needs! Just get a Samsung product if you want a good capable phone. I learned my lesson.
