KEYone and KEY2 remain the worst BlackBerry products I have ever used and i want to ask why?

my keyone gives me nightmares pre and post the android oreo upgrade. it has the tendency of tripping of any time without warning. the first time this happened I lost precious photos, videos, files and contacts after reloading.

I also encountered another problem. I can no longer receive calls with using earpiece or speaker options. The headset is dead.

The phone is also not user friend and design is still poor.

I don't know why blackberry cannot design a good phone free of these technical issues.

I don't think I will never use this product again till something better comes to the market.
