[CrackBerry Question]

My Keyone has made an update ( AAQ302 ). After this update the fingerprint is not working anymore when unlocking. The spacebar has now a function of pass characters. If you press your finger in the spacebar it has no additional function.

Anyone same problem or solutions?

MIne works perfect Maybe do a phone reset and try it then wipe the phone

Exactly the same issue! Also said fingerprint hardware not found I tried to set up a fingerprint again but now fingerprint has ceased to exist in settings! I have tried a reset but not worked!

Oh thank goodness. I thought it was just me because if I had finger prints set up it would work while signing into my bank, paypal and the like but unlocking the phone was sporadic.

I deleted all 4 finger prints and tried to set them up again. Nothing.

I also thought that my finger prints were not the best as I had been doing some work can getting cuts and scrapes.

Funny I never thought that I would use the fingerprint sensor but no I miss it. The KEYone has a bigger tendency to wake when placed in my pocket. I didn't have that issue with my Passport and other devices. Never pocket dialed with the Passport but the KEYone was a lot.

hi , what should I do if the spacebar don't accept the finger, means it's broken, the sensor? can I order a new one? where?
