    I dropped my keyone and shattered the glass screen. Does anyone know how or where I can get this fixed. I tried local cellphone repair shop and they can't get any parts. Also emailed blackberry support and haven't gotten a response. I would buy another one but amazon and Best Buy are sold out. Please help !

    Parts will not be in the pipeline for awhile. Its either send it back for a screen repair or a new phone.

    For the DTEKS it was almost six months before parts are "reasonable" prices started showing up.

    ETrade Supply has always been one of the best places to find BlackBerry parts (or eBay). But all that have is a $50 rear cover for the KEYone.

    I expect you'll have to wait for inventory to show up and just buy a new one.
