In July I purchased an International KEYone on Amazon.
My service provider is T-Mobile USA.
My current system version is AAM481.
Since starting using the KEYone a system message keeps popping up saying: "Couldn't download update."
If I tap on the message I get the following message: couldn't connect to server.
When I select 'try again' the system returns a message that it is upto date.
This problem reminds me of the similar/same one I had with the PRIV; the system was not connecting to the provider (T-Mobile) to download the update.
Only BlackBerry was finally able to reprogram the PRIV to allow for it to receive the updates pushed by the wireless vendor.
I found one post regarding this problem and I also posted a follow up on the initial one. However, no answer(s).
Thank you for replying. I had tried already and have done so again after your message. Unfortunately to no avail. The error message has reappeared (see screenshot). Any chance other solution?
