Recently have an issue of keyboard failing to go up and down when reading my emails. Only works when turned sideways. Any solutions?

    Try a hard reset
Keep holding volume up and down buttons together, until phone shuts down and BlackBerry logo appears

Do you remember after which apps download, this problems started, delete that apps, even then if it doesn't work, go for a security wipe
U can contact me on bbm

I deleted all recently added applications and did a re-boot. Problem still there. Has any one else had this experience with their Passport.
