Hi all, I'm having an issue getting my Key2 to mount in Windows 10 using a USB 3.0 port. My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 7559, and all ports are USB 3.0. Regardless of whether I set the phone to MTP or PTP, it won't work. Windows sees it, and I'm able to open it to the point where I see internal storage and SD Card, but clicking either of these results in a "No Files Found" showing up. Connecting the phone to a USB 2.0 port on my desktop computer works fine, and I'm able to transfer files normally. I've googled this and found it common across many phones running Oreo 8.1, but the only fix seems to be when the manufacturer releases an update. Any thoughts?

Personally I've never had any Android phone that claims to be compatible actually connect at USB 3 speeds to my PC. Not sure what the issue is exactly but after 3-5 different Android phones (BlackBerry included) it's beginning to whiff of false advertising...
