Hi all,
My friend has a Key2 and after updating the hub recently, his SMS notifications are no longer working (no icon at the top, no red notification dot, nothing on HUB). I have the Key2 as well, I have already walked him through how to make sure they are turned on with no success.
The only way he knows he has received a text is by opening the messages app. Are there any other steps I can take to get these working for him again?
