We all know working with Verizon is a pain. Verizon is insisting to me that my IMEI is not compatible with the Verizon network.

I bought the unlocked BBE100-5 from Amazon. There are two IMEI numbers on the phone, accessed by dialing *#06#. Both are 15 digits/02 (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/02).

Can someone confirm if I’ve been sent an incompatible device or if you have the same IMEI format working on Verizon?

IMEI can be found in Settings -> System-> About phone -> Status, and there should only be one.

There are two for duel SIM phones (one for each slot).

Key2 is not verizon compatible because it's not CDMA. Verizon for now, don't use GSM phones.

We are talking about the KEY² LE. It uses VoLTE and is whitelisted by Verizon.

CDMA network is shutting down.

The Key2 LE is Verizon compatible according to both verizon’s Whitelist and Blackberry (and there are many examples of this phone working on the Verizon network). My question is geared toward those using the device on Verizon if they have a similar IMEI format, or perhaps I’ve been sent the incorrect model of the Key2 LE by Amazon.

As long as Verizon whitelists a device it can work.
