My customer has this device, and if he receives an email with an excel table in for example, if he tries to forward it on to someone else, it pretty much loses all the formatting. Almost like it's converting it to plain text.

Does anyone know a workaround / fix for this? He's on office 365 and is using the outlook app for his email.

    Thanks in advance!

Are you saying the table is embedded in the email?
If so, maybe one workaround is to send the table in an actual excel file as an attachment.

Never send an embedded email received from another email.
Make sure you save out the original file from the first email you received then check the file and send that file instead.
Resend of embedded Mail will only corrupt as it continues to get sent because there was no reference contained in the email to the original content.
